A utility trailer with no tail lights

Police Report

Nov. 7 at 3:25 am stopped a truck pulling a utility trailer with no tail lights after he nearly rear-ended it. A driver check showed that the 31 year old Vancouver man had received an order in July to have the tail lights fixed. The trailer was ordered off the road and the driver given a $600 ticket for failing to comply. The truck towing the trailer was found to be uninsured and without proper license plates. The truck was also ordered off of the road and both vehicles were towed.
