Truck, trailer veers off 90

A truck pulling a car on a trailer ran off U.S. 90 in Pascagoula on Monday morning, tying up traffic briefly.

A pickup and a trailer veered off U.S. 90 this morning, causing minor traffic delays in the eastbound lane about a half-mile west of the Pascagoula High Rise Bridge.

There were no injuries.

The truck's driver did not want to be identified but he was headed east on U.S. 90 in a pickup carrying a trailer with an old car on top of it when the accident happened about 9:15 a.m. this morning.

The pickup and trailer ran off the road, with the car that was being towed thrown off of the trailer. The accident is now cleared up.
